Do you know we date at our confidence level? Look back on each encounter you might have had and if you didn't like the outcome? What could you have done differently? It's a big pill to swallow. Knowing that our personal choices not just affects us on a physical level yet the mental and emotional level is  important. How can you date the " ONE" you want? The quality? I have told my clients for 23 years now put themselves out there in the best possible way. If you keep doing what you are doing?  You'll end up with the same results. Learn to trust yourself.  I say just  go with it. A relationship a good one is that much of like a tennis match. And or think of water flowing.
